I used to have a painful spot under left sole. 2021 autumn I started healing it with my own energies through hand. I did it for some time and then stopped because it seemed to me that it was not working . Fast forward to November 7th and I broke the same leg ankle. I could not step on this leg at all for 1,5 months. And even after that the pressure was very low for a long time after that.

What happened was that during that time the pain under the sole had disappeared. Leg finally got the rest it needed, to deal with the bump that had formed from over straining, when other leg was hurt. Had I not broken the leg, I would have never found an "excuse" to rest my leg like that and I also would not have been able to make myself sit so long and not step on the on leg. I would have had to live on with this pain under sole till unforeseeable future.

Was it that the healing energies I sent for my leg worked it's way around to healing my sole by leading me to break my leg, so to get me to give the leg the rest? Do healing energies work that way?

Even though I have screws and stuff in my bones I walk better now before breaking the ankle. It’s been incredibly lucky break. Even when I was sitting ~3.30AM by the road seeing the ambulance driving around not finding me, came around a man who helped the car to get to me. My operation went exceptionally well and also my healing has been better than expected. I didn’t feel pain when I broke the bones or the period after the operation. Maybe even that was luck that I had to wait for my physiotherapist so long that I looked up exercises for myself and did them probably much more than I would have otherwise and got really good results. Plus it all inspires me to do more for my body overall.

It's multifaceted. I sure am happy I can again walk normally, without added shoes soles that only slightly mitigated the pain under the soles. Difference is huuuuge. Even though I am worried about the other sole now, because now this on got the over strain because of my mistake, but seems it is more my paranoia than real problem. There is no pain or restricted movement. So at the moment this ankle break is one of the best things happened to me.
