Social Judgement
People very much judge other people by their looks. I have felt the effect strongly when on the street I am talking to someone who doesn't look socially 'presentable' by the 'norms'. The reason we get so many looks is that I and that person create a big contrast with our looks and people wonder why am I talking to 'such people'. Answer is that I don't judge people by the looks. I do recognise the outer but I am more interested in what this person is from the inside.
The 'off looking' person sometimes hides wonders inside you would not believe by just looking at it.
People have many reasons why they choose to look like they look but not giving a person even a chance because it doesn't please your aestethics is... well boring from my perspective. It greatly limits the variety of personalities you could come to know and/or befriend.
If we have ever met you can be sure that I have seen your beauty as a person. Doesn't matter if I don't 'like' you or you me or if you are not so good person or physically less attractive. I have seen beauty in every single person I have ever met.

Neurosensory Continuation
Neurosensory exercise has greatly change my perception of my body. Like I said previously I found connection with my legs. I have had a lots of trouble with my legs and now I think the problems may be have been derived from the fact that I didn't 'feel' my legs. The connection was 'lost' one time again and I felt the stark contrast between connected legs and not connected. I was like 'walking all over' my legs. Trying to move more quickly but the legs lagged.
Now that I have this connection with my legs I feel much more balanced and sure in my step. Also I have started feeling my 'point of balance' near the belly button so my whole body is more balanced and connected.
Whole feeling of body is completely different. Calm, connected, balanced. "Quietness" of the nervous system, more mental stamina.
I can do the exercise now also while walking or doing almost anything really. The process has changed for me a lot. Nervous system that I am tuning into is different and it has become navigating in very subtle inner sensations. I have completely rewired my nervous system with this little exercise.
I sometimes have doubts maybe I should vary neurosensory exercises to give nervous system more chances to learn and evolve but maybe I will go to the 'end' with this exercise before.
Just in case I added the link to all Irene Lyon free resources on nervous system, the link's title is name of my exercise.
